You are worthy of peace, of true self-acceptance and of a life shaped to meet your needs. You deserve happiness, connection and safety. Therapy can help make these words your reality.

It may be fucking hard at times but we have to feel pain to heal. It takes courage to be vulnerable, I believe in your ability to be vulnerable.

Starting therapy can be an overwhelming; it is hard to trust that the person you’re going to will be the right choice. What I can say is that you’re brave for making the decision to look for a therapist.

Continue to be brave as you take the next steps. If my vibe seems to match yours get a hold of me, I'm excited to hear from you! Offers Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories therapy (RTM)

What if I told you that you already possess everything you need to be best version of yourself? Would you believe me? I do. I believe all human beings possess these qualities. However, too often, past trauma and current stressors steal away pieces of your true joyful self.

As a result, you may feel depressed or anxious and may repeat the same negative patterns over and over again. Each time, you wonder, “What happened?” “This isn’t who I am!” Yet, despite your best efforts, the cycle continues.

Using a holistic, trauma informed approach, I can help you find those lost pieces of your best self. Together, we’ll put them back together in a way that helps you heal and grow. I can teach you ways to cope with current stressors, as well as understand your past story so you have the tools to write the next chapters of your life to be the ones you’ve always dreamed of.

I offer traditional forms of therapy as well as principles and practices from my years as a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. Offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in New York and Massachusetts. My professional journey has led me through diverse mental health settings, including community mental health agencies, inpatient and partial-patient psychiatric hospitals, college counseling centers, and group practices.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients of various ages, genders, racial and ethnic backgrounds, and sexual orientations, enriching my understanding of the complexities of human experiences. Towards the bottom of this page, you can find a list of my educational and clinical training.

As a Jamaican immigrant raised in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic spaces, I am very interested in the intersection of different ways of being and how culture and socio-political factors influence how we move through the world. As a queer Black cis-woman, I am particularly dedicated to creating and maintaining space for those voices and experiences often disregarded and invalidated by society.

My mission is to provide empathetic and culturally sensitive support that honors each individual's unique identities and challenges.
